Customizing WordPress Theme (WordPress Expert)

I have selected a premium wordpress theme which requires customizations to match according to my needs.. there will be couple of pages in site but four pages will be main pages which required proper focus other pages are just text and text! Some changes can be easy which can be done from theme settings and some changes will be difficult which will be done from custom CSS editing there will be some experimental as well so for instance if you change color to red and if it not looks good i'll say you change again until it we don't get best color so you have to handle this There will be some psd designs which you have to add in theme as i'm going to say you, and more info while working, but main things i already told above i need someone who can work with me side by side and complete this work starting with "Homepage" which is important page if this page competes according to requirements then other pages can be bit easy!
