Create Marketing Videos from 20-25 small video clips

Hello! I am looking for a video editor who can create me a marketing video to sell investing in Real Estate projects in Detroit. This video is targeted to investors only. I have taped video clips from an android phone that I have edited off unusable taping. I have the sequence of clips in a rough order, but I need it seamlessly put together with 3d design, and transitions that look exciting and inviting. I need upbeat music added or voiceover clips to give direction on what they can do next if they like what they see. I have 20-25 clips from .08 sec to 3.00min in length, about 30 minutes total footage. I need the final product to be uploaded to a youtube account that you will create. All the final clips will be what users will be directed to go look at from a video email marketing campaign. I will need one video that is to be used for a email campaign that is clips and teaser printscreen of footage and images of the city. This will then guide them to my website, or you tube. If they like the video and want to see more as we find new investments, I want them to friend us on a facebook page created as well. I then need a video on my website that will be played upon the page loading. It will be the only thing on the page featured. After the video goes off, they can then be directed to see more with clicking here tab, which takes them to the edited videos on you tube that you have created and uploaded. With your direction and expertise on how long this should be on a website. My primary focus is a great marketing video. I need eye catching and innovating video to get investors to call or email for more info. The footage has to be sold with great video skills!
