CMS Membership Site

I need a qualified programmer with previous feedback and history that can fully set up a Joomla Membership site. I have a current website now and I want to create a new website with some of the same similar features as the site I have now. The new site will use Joomla 2.5 with a template for the basic functionality but will have need for custom designs (I will provide these) to be implemented to include various custom modules. The paid members sections which will include video pages with video players, audio pages with audio players, downloads with limiting capabilities, counseling interface with chat features, scheduling options, webinar session viewing (iWowe integration), forum, and various software features. The free members area will have user related sections that will allow file selection and management which will require personal account backups etc, article database with submission possibilities and sharing, testimonials, image and video galleries Fully operational store for purchasing products which must be connected to our [login to view URL] and paypal gateways. Help/FAQ's, shipping info, international orders, shipping info, return & exchange info pages, My Cart buttons Social Networking and Sharing options Facebook LIke, Tweet, google+, pinterest buttons Site wide and specialty search options Some of these areas require a full custom admin and management areas for us to be able to see the users account info whether free or paid, purchase history, refund status, files, etc, the ability to send/share files, notes and commenting on individual user accounts. Also management areas for us to upload, publish, unpublish, delete files such as documents, videos, and audios, etc... Need full monitoring ability for all accounts whether free or paid. All areas of the site where user info such as forms and account areas are to be secured through our ssl. Captcha sliders are to be used in all areas where submissions are possible to include, contact us, comments, registration/login, reporting/abuse, messaging, and submissions areas. Email verification required for account sign ups. Full site seo optimization required. All pages need to be fully optimized for SEO to include H1 Tags, titles, descriptions, keywords, source code, bold and italic text, W3C Validation, Full Site Map, etc . Add-On Components can be used as long as they are worthy. Banner rotation and management with OpenX needed. Affiliate program integration (iDevAffiliate) Newsletter signups through aWeber integrated. Terms and Privacy Policies pages There are of course various pages in and between that tie things together here. This site should be setup in a funnel manner to funnel users through it and into purchases. Layout will include side modules that will rotate our products, articles, images, videos, banners, etc. Skype will be REQUIRED for all communication regarding this project when you are awarded it.
