App Creation and/or Mobile Website

I am looking for somebody who can put my ideas together for a simple app available on Android and iOS system. It would be a matter of using the graphics I would provide you with on the pages I would need within the app. I want people to have the ability to search information within the app by keyword. A huge percentage of the information I need on this app is already available and I would provide that to you. There would be a no more than 10-15 pages and again, I would basically give you all the pieces to the puzzle needing you to only put it together.
Please provide me with a price to also produce only a mobile website vs. any kind of app. Thanks in advance!
