We would like a new osCommerce website template to be created based upon our template which is uploaded @ [login to view URL]

Our project budget is a maximum of AUD$130. Please keep this in mind when bidding for our project.
We have already created the template, we just need it converted to an osCommerce template.
PLEASE NOTE:
Scrolling banners on template site must be available to be changed under osCommerce Admin/Banner Manager tool.
Listed below are the banners to be used under the Admin Tool's Banner Manager osCommerce feature;
