Assist with Project Management

I need an Internet skilled assistant for my company. I get companies who want their webpages updated, changed, created or optimized. I need a Spanish and English speaking assistant who can answer the phone, send feedback to me and client, and open briefings and projects into our programmers at freelancer.com. He/she also will have to do the followup of tasks and deadlines so we can have the work done on time. We'll start with a new client arriving at my company. We have to copy their wordpress site. The tasks will be: - create the task in freelancer - select a couple of programmers - show their profile to me so I can pick one - assign the project to the programmer - follow-up of the evolution of project - testing the work so we know if it's all done, or open a new task in freelancer.com so an specialist can test it with video recording - feedback to me of project evolution - communication with client about project done Please submit your hourly rate.
