Revenues should be continued for a minimum 6 to 12 months. Content must be attractive, useful and unique without spam articles etc. All practices must maintain AdSense account in good standing. The website must be SEO optimized and have unique organic traffic. Terms: - Must be SEO optimized. - MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. NO Black Hat etc. or other techniques. - AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. - No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services (do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic/generate clicks on the website. Unique organic traffic through search engines). - No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules. - Website must generate minimum $300 income in LONG TERM (least 6 to 12 month). - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - Google Analytics plugin installed and linked. - Must contain related images to niche topics. - All copyrights of the content etc must be assigned to me in writing.
