Create A Google Sniper type site generating $10+ a day

This is an initial test project for an experienced web designer - I want to create a number of google sniper type sites that earn regular income from adsense and affiliate/commission sales. This project is for one initial site.

I am prepared to outsource the design of up to a 100 more sites provided I find the right person to work with on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website.

You must be able to build an Adsense site which consistently is earning $10-20 per day. I have the following requirements:

- Select any NICHE - except for adult/gambling. Selected niche should have an exact match domain name available.

- Contain unique content with at least 50 unique posts/articles

- Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently

- SEO Marketing as required

- Site should be indexed and good initial backlinking work done

- Must be 100% within the Google TOS

- Must be Adsense Optimized

- Must use keyword research to determine good paying keywords

- Traffic driven must be 100% white hat - real people no bots

- Should earn earn a minimum $10 a day within 60 days and be consistent afterwards

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads

- Ideally Wordpress based

- Sites must be appealing and clear/concise with readable original content

- Site should be integrated with CB and Amazon affiliate products

- All Copyrights will belong to me

I will pay the amount of the bid AFTER I see consistent income for 21 consecutive days and can setup a milestone payment.

Again, this is for ONE site which will be a test case for future regular work.
