Create facebook fan page and add 1000 facebook fan

HI, I am looking for a facebook fan page designer and promoter. Design a nice looking facebook fan page which attract use to like it. Website theme is bollywood. I am also looking for 1,000 QUALITY fans for Facebook. They will be added to new design Facebook fan page within 30 days and they must "like" us. I just want to be assured that the methods employed are legitimate and don’t cause any issues with Facebook. Adding must be performed using white hat techniques so, we will not be penalized by facebook. REAL fans only. I would prefer if you add fans by using facebook's "suggest a page" feature from a facebook account that has many friends. You must meet ALL of the following REQUIREMENTS: 1) All fans must be real people...NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! 2) All fans must be interested in bollywood, movies, gossip and news(we are a bollywood review site) 3) All fans must have at least 25+ friends or more and 5 photos or more 4) All fans must be aged 18 and above 5) All fans must be active - have real status updates 6) No group, band likes 7) names of fans must appear in English IMPORTANT: 1) You will be paid two weeks (14 days) after project delivery. 2) You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 10 days. 3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for 4) You must not acquire these members in a way that will get the page banned or suspended. Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted 5) Again, all fans must be unique and real accounts 6) WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT IF THE PAGE IS SUSPENDED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF FINAL DELIVERY When bidding please let me know: URLS or previous fan pages you have involved before (URLS of your GAF project is also good).
