build complete website for selling products

I need a website built that will have all the functions and abilities of a couple of existing websites, they are not my websites but I will be selling the same product and the existing websites work very well so I will need the same. Builder must be able to copy site but with my company information, same layout and functions as other sites. You must be able to complete all work from layout to placing hosting with godaddy, bid must be in writing and list all functions and time line to complete and the milestone payment expected. some functions will have to be purchased like shopping cart and others so also list functions that must be purchased, I dont want to have to build functions that can be easily purchased and built into new website. This website has already been funded my my company and I am ready to proceed right away with the right bid. please dont ask me my budget, give me your bid and I will decide. It is more important to me to get the site finished right than the cost
