Cellular Website for Ultracom

<[login to view URL]>. This is the website that we need revamped and redesigned for modern times. The new site should be in line with and be similar to: <[login to view URL]>. "General" requirements are below:-I Must be able to edit the site with either Frontpage or Komposer

- Outer left hand portion will be black

- Top of site will have Ultracom and US Cellular logos

- Under the logos will be the marquee like on the design hotels site.

- Left half of scrolling marquee will scroll through and show a picture of each of the seven different locations

- Right half of marquee will scroll through top phones, top tabs, hot spot/modem, plans, pictures of employees

- Mid section of site below scrolling marquee area will be divided in three sections, the left, middle and right sections. Left section will be called "links" and have a top menu bar with the labels "My Contacts" and "My Account". Below that menu bar will be tabs for Locations, Community Events, Top Apps, Now Hiring (Online Application), Account Billing, Pay Bills, Have a Question? (All the above tabs will open to an associated page that is relevant to the tab). The middle section of this area will have a Phones/Features tab that links to the US Cellular Website... it will also have a tab for "Plans" that will link to Single plans or Family plans. The right hand section of this area will will be called Specials of the Week and it will be scrolling through the different phones or phone plans that are on special.

The lower section of the site will include two halves... the left half will have an area that opens up to the video of the week which will all be videos hosted on YouTube that we will upload... the right half of this section will include tabs for Tips and Tricks, General, Android, Blackberry, Windows, Still have Questions?, Popup email, Device Day, Comments from Customers, and Sign Up Now(to be on email list for news, events, etc.)

- All link tabs on the site will be black with a white background, - The overall site scheme will be black and light blue
