Accounting & Tax Website Needed URGENTLY - Content and Design will be provided

Hi! I have a good idea of a website i need. I will provide the design and the content. All i want is a website to be set up urgently urgently urgently. The site will be like this page - link below - except that i will be providing tax and accounting service. The home page will be 90% like this link below (i cant give the exact details until you accept the project) : [login to view URL] The main details of the site is that its an accountancy & tax website. We will have the usual Why us, services provided, disclaimer etc, but we will have the following additional items: 1. Tax & Accountants "How to" or Tips - where we will post articles 2. News page were we can add news feed 3. Potential Client questions & Quote Request -similar to the link above where potential clients to post enqueries & questions and we will provide the answers. This will also show on the home page (bottom) see link above- for FREE - we will also use this to send quotes for the different work. I would prefer this to be in wordpress and easy for us to edit and change content. The site is specifically to be transferred to a new owner within a few days and hence has to be spot on. My budget is $100 and the work must include Homepage + inner pages + contact page and unlimited revisions - But all the content is provided. All the design of the home page & any other pages is done.
