Dealing with some of these foreign providers is incredibly difficult and the language barrier does reflect on the finished product - the last thing you need when planning a wedding is a non-English speaking provider hassle you with meaningless things. I think the best platform to build this website would be WordPress. Using WordPress it gives you complete control over every aspect of your website without you needing to know a single line of code. When I hand over the website you'd be able to easily edit little things that you want to change such as photos, content etc. Because I'm not a foreign company I'll be able to keep you up to date all along the way.
