Design a website and related mobile app

Design a website, [login to view URL] and related mobile app that will allow users to take pictures of recipes. upload and access them across their different devices. Users should have the option of loading existing photos or taking a photo with their device. It should also be available as a Facebook app. Users would need to register so they can easily access their recipes on their different devices. Recipes can be made private or public. Recipes must be given titles so that they are searchable. Recipes can be given categories that are searchable. Users should be able to add their own recipes and public recipes into a cookbook. Users should be able to add a second picture showing the finished dish. Users should be able to use all of the social sharing options, so they can Tweet their recipes, post to Facebook, Pin to their Pinterest, etc. Recipes can be rated and commented on. Each platform should have the ability to generate ad revenue via my Google Adsense account. We don't need the users to be able to add ingredients, and directions, etc., the recipes will all be photo driven.
