Create an Animation

I have are 3 different projects to develop: 1 - I imagine a person walking down the street and looking for a company that sells the product A. When you get in front of the company they have poor signage and close the customer he can see a company that has a well made signage. The client gives up to go to the first company and go to the second one. I think it would be interesting if there were balloons with text saying "onde está?" (where is it?) while searching; "!?" when he see the company poorly marked, and "Encontrei o que procurava!" (I found what I was looking for!) when he sees the second company and then whe can show some images of facades and internal areas with and without signaling (pictures). And at the end a text with the data of our company and explaing what and how we do. 2 - I imagined 2 situations: A- a person going to a hospital and findingplates with wrong indoor signage or missing plates. The person wants to go to the ER but he/ she can not find because the signage sends to the wrong way or because they do not exist, then he/ she asks for several people, gives up and becomes disillusioned. B-the same person in the same hospital, looking plates with direction and arrives quickly to the destination, he/ she is received by a doctor or nurse and are happy. 3 - same as 1 but for the disabled people (visually and wheelchair). The visually people cant go to the destination because he cant find it...He/she do not see floor indoor signage, tactile map and tactile plates to know where he/ she is and where she wants to go. To the wheelchair user, she/ he wants to enter but can not because it has stairs and no ramp or passing the gate is narrow. The same for both with all things he/she needs to go until his/ her destination! Could make a budget for each?
