ASP.NET Web Site Build - People Intelligence

I require a website with 10 pages, all of which are static except for 1 contact form. Its a very simple site, but I want it built using ASP.NET (at least version 2.0) as that is the only technology I have access to in case I need to edit the text afterwards. I would expect that there would be one master page for the header and footer and maybe one to handle the menu (so its easy to add extra pages in future should I need to do so). I have attached a MS Power Point with a slide for each page and all the required graphics. There is no graphic design required (except to turn the power point into web pages!). Also, I need this done asap (today if possible).
