Adjust an Already Existing Wordpress Site

I'm looking to affordably get some changes made to an already existing website that matches the new version of the site I created using Weebly.
The site that is running now is: [url removed, login to view]
The NEW site is [url removed, login to view] (which will eventually be the new [url removed, login to view])
On the original [url removed, login to view] site we want to eliminate or simply deactivate the following pages:
Home
About Us
Pricing
Purchase
Contact Us
Privacy Policy
Refund Policy
On the rest of that website we want to keep what is there (everything you do to create an account, select songs to purchase, going through the secure shopping cart page, going through the upload process, finishing uploading singing out) and just change the look of the page to look like the new weebly website. So the background image, the buttons, and colors all need to match the new weebly site. The functionality NEEDS to stay the same though, since the sign-up process and all of that is connected to a network that streams music to an iPhone and Android app. We also need to link the pages back to the Weebly site when possible or necessary.
Basically we are looking to streamline the deleted pages using the Weebly site, and then keeping the more complicated portion of the website using WordPress, but we need it to all match a lot better theme-wise. I can supply the artwork that was used on the Weebly site, and we can discuss font looks to try to best match the Weebly site.
