Build an Online Store

I need a basic credit repair services website through an online templet using squarespace. I would like some one to build it to sale (1) one credit solution product with (3) three different price points. The first 2 available price points will be a hook. The third one will be the best deal at check out. This should be a simple 2-3 page website with a shopping cart. I want it a simple process that a child could figure out with a clean, precise and uncluttered format. The product will need to have a link to an online form to fill out after check out. A Home and page Product [login to view URL] information will be on the bottom. One single long page would be ok as well you tell me the one I need. I will add more services as my experience grows in the specified industry. I am a Student Entrepreneur in Business School. I plan on having multiple businesses and will need help with websites for all of them. I will also eventually need a PA, SEO professional, CPA and lawyer with in the Data collection industry knowledge so referrals are welcome. Your first response should explain what kind of website I want, in what industry and the platform I want it on. IF this is not provided then there is a communication gap and you will not be awarded the JOB!
