Build an Online Store

I am looking for someone to hire for a monthly project. Somebody who can help launch our new direct to consumer marketing efforts. We need someone knowledgeable with online marketing (helping us to determine best options and how to target the right consumer). We would like this person to manage our social media networks and possibly help us in identifying ways to market podcasts and get our products name out through Facebook, twitter, joining support groups for individuals with chronic pain or target athletes with acute injuries. We have a non drug pain management system that used to require a prescription, but is now approved to be used over the counter. This person will need to be able to understand our products and be able to answer questions about how are products work and what conditions it can help with. It would be helpful if this person has some type of clinical background, however not required.
