At time of checkout the customer will provide personal info and credit card info, they will have a option that they can become a part of our affiliates program and then their SS# will be needed.\r\n6. Affiliate program, when joined will provide the customer that refers a friend or family member to one of the service support plans and we will provide a $25 credit that can be used in our store, for their recurring monthly fees and a option that will allow the customer to withdraw funds. There is a 8% fee to transfer their credit into US Dollars. The customer will have access to their affiliate window. There is a 30day delay of payment for new sign ups as there is a 30day money back option.\r\n7. I will need an area when the customers are making an order to be able to place the phone # of the person that referred them to [login to view URL] so that the affiliate will receive credit for the sale.\r\n8. After a plan has been purchased the customer will have a screen in their account so they can upgrade or downgrade their plans and services.\r\n9. I have bought an affiliate program for the site, I hope it works.\r\n10. I would like my store to allow items to be auctioned, this will be free for any current member and they will add their items like eBay.\r\n11. I would like customers to sign in using Facebook or LinkedIn \r\n12. Self help page that I will add how to videos for the customers to watch\r\n13. Live Chat\r\n14. Support ticket program that customers would enter at site or if calling by phone out service tech can add one.\r\n15. Track orders and store locator.\r\n16.
