Build a Website

I need someone to build a prototype of a company website with following features. This website will provide services on a subscription basis with three levels of subscription (basic, standard, premium) 1) The public face of the site should have all the standard menus and pages of a tech startup company site 2) The site has a login and registration page to manage subscribers and their level of subscription. 3) The site can process online payments during registration 4) Once a user is logged in he can have access to up to 3 different areas (depending on his level of subscription). Each area will have a faceted search UI, that is searching a SOLR or ElasticSearch index. The prototype can come with your choice of indexed sample data.
