Build an affiliate program for my online store

I am currently developing an online store for my virgin hair extensions business. The site is not yet live but almost complete. [login to view URL] I want to develop an affiliate program where I can give affiliates a sub-domain to my website where they can send their customers to buy our hair and they can collect a commission on the sales. All orders and customer service will be processed by us, and there should be a way for affiliates to track their sales/commission/pay outs etc. Once one of their customers clicks their sub-domain link, it should always take them to the affiliates sub-domain, even after leaving site and returning. it should never take them to our main site, bypassing the affiliate and their ability to earn a commission. There is one company I know of that does the affiliate program like how I want it. You can use it as a reference site to understand what I want.
