Convert a Template to a Website for Construction Equipment Rental Company

Hello all, We have a rental company of construction equipment. We already have a website, but it is outdated. We need to rebuild it with a easy edit tool such as WordPress. Our website does not require any very especial feature. It does need to follow the actual pattern of modern websites. Our current outdated website is: [login to view URL] We need a good product browsing, to show description of the equipments, with text, photos and youtube video. The products are separeted in categories of service that they do. We also need an inquire list, for the costumer to select which product he wants to quote for rental, inputing costumer name, e-mail, phone and the equipment quantity and period. Ours currently works as follows: [login to view URL] -- This is a very easy tool to make. After finish system send an e-mail with a resume of the info provided by the costumer on its quote. We need a register tool for costumers, to complete and share their personal/company information with us. Those info would be accessed on a admin area for our staff to access it. Also must have a costumer's area by login. In this area, costumer is able to upload files, such as company profile documents, personal documents and so on. We also need a selling tool. But it doesn't need to complete a sell by the system (payment and so on). It must be only a sale request to be sent to us, containing which products, quantity and so on. Then we will contact costumer to talk about selling method, where to deliver, etc. We also need a tool for the costumer to download document files through our website inputing it's personal id number/company id number, and rental contract number. He will be able to download a file that is already stored on server. We have pictures from our equipments, and products. But we have pictures of them, alone. Not special photos (professional photos). I will add a couple of products photo to demonstrate what we have. Also, we have their description, and some youtube videos.. For product browsing, our photos without any special creation is okay. But for the home page, and slider, I think we should create something more special. I'm not able to describe everthing here, somethings I do not recall right now, and for sure some other things will appear during the development. Developer is open to choose wordpress template or even else other website tool like wordpress to create the website. But of course, we may like it or not. Then try again with other template or tool. About language, we are from Brazil. The front-end must be in portuguese, but of course I'll be 100% avaliable to make it work fine.
