Development of REALESTATE WordPress Template

Good Afternoon Everyone, I am looking to get my webpage [login to view URL] to the point of operating. I have to get the dummy pages removed and need help making the site what it should be with integration to social media (should be checked). Some setup with the theme needs to be adjusted for operations and for the site to be easily found on google. Payment feature with PayPal needs to be fixed and confirmed working. Options for menus configuration (front end and backend) needs finalization for going public. In the end customers should be able to use the site and pay for their ads immediately on completion. Contact page and Contact us needs to be updated-correct to business address and information. Issue with home page: Landing page and selection of "Home" taken to two different home pages. Issue to be resolved. "Home-2" is want it was before changes made to site but don't know why it went there. I have installed USE PRO in hope to get more information from customers to complete their ads when posting in signup. However, I am another programmer was unsuccessful with configuration. I have also integrated a SMS feature to allow customers to receive notification on posts which may match their criteria or customers who wants may leave information for landlords or ad posts to be contacted. Main point is that Developer must become familiar with theme for current and future support and development. I am also open to suggestions to make the site much better and look forward to us working together.
