creating a website with adsense (professionals please)

Hi guys, I have a domain which receives constant unique traffic, people come to search and watch all sorts of videos there. Traffic is mostly italian. What i want- 1. To cash in putting adsense or other ways you genius people have:-). 2. A website where people can search for videos and the search results come in adsense links.. links should be close to what they searched for. 3. basically, we need to make people click on the videos or links or whatever and however you put ads there. If somebody is interested, let me know. Not every hosting company hosts italian domains, so you have to find one that will do it, reliable but cheap. OR you can tell me the best way you can monetize this domain. one website which catches my eye is [login to view URL] I believe if all those adsense links would have words 'videos', funny videos, humor etc, people will certainly click. Of course, that website is bland and for mine, we put images etc as well and should look much more professional. Please don't hesitate for more information. 30-250$ is not rigid. For real good work, i will pay more. No problem. But i must also see that i am getting revenue. other info- - content must be original (tested using premium copyscape) and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently. site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%. - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing. - Must contain related images to niche topic . - Design must be neat and optimised to attract or fool people to click on the ads. - Must Be Adsense optimized. can add other Adsense alternatives.
