I am working on starting a blog site for my church and have attached the template file I will need to customize. I need some help figuring out the comment section and how comments will be posted and displayed. I don't want to make people login to post but I want to be able to approve posts prior to them being displayed on the site for all to see. What I have is attached so anything additional that would need to be developed in order to allow postings on the site I would need coded. I am also interested in displaying the top 2 or 3 comments for each post. I would like someone with some experience in the blog sites that could offer their services and insight for additional features or items that will need to be part of this project. To be clear the project is to have this work actually coded and the comment section functional by the end. I ALWAYS leave excellent feedback for a job well done so send me your best bids! Thanks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
