First, we guarantee our work. Your job is not done till you say it is, at the price we quote.
Second, I encourage you to hire a certified ACT consultant, not an IT company who "knows ACT." Newer ACT versions are more complex than the older versions. Certified consultants are trained by Sage Software, the developer so know each version's bugs/fixes. You will be saving a lot of headache and heartache down the road if you set up your ACT db properly up front.
Third, you don't mention the customization you need. But I have found that most users don't realize all the built-in features ACT has and so tend to "recreate" functionality. Before we start your project, we will do a thorough "discovery" to see how you want to use your db and what customization you will actually need. If it exceeds the 10 fields I have included in this bid, then I will tell you before we get started what will be required.
