Blackberry App developer needed to create a native app(URgent)

I am looking to develop an application that would be compatible with every blackberry model. The app is meant to give you live information about the latest events around you updated in real-time (web-based instead of native app format might work better?) The user would be able to view all events for the month or year as they are uploaded. The user would also get push notifications about the events that are favorites or added to their list. It should provide comprehensive services to the attendees of the event: Customization (my schedule, my booths etc), Interface with social media sites, like facebook and twitter and Real time event info etc. The app is meant to advertise, promote and inform people about upcoming events in the city and home country.
