Desktop Backup client and Data Sharing

I'm looking for an online backup client akin to dropbox using Amazon S3 storage (I'm open to making the storage target configurable). The differences between this product and others is that data centers or cloud solution providers will be able to advertise disaster recovery services through the backup client. Once client signs up for DR services they an make their cloud storage available to the DR provider.
