Small company need a system to record incoming work, allocate it to staff, produce an invoice and then export the invoice to their existing accounts package (TAS) using a supplied SDK.

I'd like this developed in Access 2003 or Access 2007, with the backend data stored in SQL Server 2005.
Need to complete the project in 3-4 weeks, so need someone that can dedicate there time to this project and be available to communicate on MSN Messenger between 20:00 and 02:00 GMT.
