Adjust GNU (GPL) Software in Java

I'm looking for someone to adjust a General Public License software to add a bit of functionality. Here is the open source location: [[login to view URL] I][1] would like to add the following options: 1- Rebrand the name on the Install / Main Dialogue Box / Initial FB allowances. 2- Change the default Java Icon on the user taskbar when the program is running to my own custom icon. 3- When user engages in chat the receiver of the chat gets a link of the original software. I would like to change that link. 4 - Add a button on the main dialogue box that when clicked will open the logged in fb homepage in their default browser. 5 - Pull data from facebook the alerts for friend requests, messages, and notifications and put them on the main dialogue box. When user sees these and clicks on them, they drop down as on the site. When the actual message / request ,etc. is clicked on . . it opens the action in the default web browser. The first 4 requests should be simple. The 5th will take a little bit of programming. Should be fast money for a person who has works with java / java swing and is familiar with facebook api.
