Year,Make,Model,Color,License Plate,4,6 or 8 cylinders,2,4 or 5 door,Miles,Condition,Automatic or Standard,
must have a text box for our notes.

Seens easy to do. If you have no preferences about the databases I'll do it in Access. I'll have it done in a couple of hours. I don't have clear if you want it in a Windows application or in a Web Page. It works the same way anyway, but the web page is better if you want to see it trought the Internet.
