Business Plan & Resume Formatting - Microsoft Word Design

1.) We have a plan that is 15 pages long and is quite boring. We need formatting to make it "modern-minimal". We really want cutting-edge, unusual, without too much going on. We just use Microsoft Word. There is a Table of Contents so it should be coordinated with that. We are interested in bidders who are sophisticated in Word and the use of the formatting elements. 2.) In addition, we have a resume format that we like that needs to be turned into a template so that our team members who are editing it cannot get messed up. A single page with a few tables that need to be editable.
