Customise a Wordpress Template - Urgent

I have purchased a ThemeForest template, and have the full version loaded on my server ready to be customised.
I require the changes to be made immediately so please be prepared to start straight away.
Additionally I require a Wordpress plugin that show cases (displays) our products. This is not an ecommerce site, but we need to display product specifications, images etc that can be managed via the admin area.
The theme is called Symple. Please find this on ThemeForest so you view it before you place a bid.
Navigation will be for 6 main pages: Home, About Us, Products, Blog, Information, Contact.
I have provided a document outlining more detailed requirements. My request shouldn't be difficult for an experienced, efficient Wordpress expert.
