Customization & developement of Woocommerce Back office

Hello, I need to personalise and to add new features to the Woocommerce back office according to specific requirements that we have and utilise successfully in a another ecommerce website and if needed we will give you access to that back office in order to duplicate all the same back office functions from website 1 to website 2. As follow: 1) Create a the option to take a purchase in offline mode when i will enter manually the credit card information of my customer into the payment gateway. 2) Create multi levels of discounts, for clubs (10 to 20%), resellers (35 to 50%) and individuals (0 to 20%) who buying on the website that will apply with both possibilities: automatically and manually. 3) Clients list in the back office should be organised with the filters: "Clubs", "Resellers" and "Individuals" with the possibility to enter or remove manually a client from the list. 4) A customer should have the option to choose at the registration and payment page if he want to register as an individual, a reseller or a club owner in order to get his discounted price immediately applied. 5) Create the option that a club owner if he want to make his members get also a discount of 20% on the items purchased through his "Club" account on the website with the possibility to add new shipping adresses (members adresses). 6) The possibility of a credit or refund customer through the back office. The client may have used hes credit in a future order via his account. 7) In the client registered account: the possibility for the customer to view all his purchase history, quotes and orders and his orders in waiting status. With the option to validate and pay directly (quotes for e.g.) from his account. 8) All my sales are to be grouped into invoices numbered by year in the back office,  for example the 122nd sales made ​​in 2014, 2014, and will begin with 122, 2,014,122 and 2,014,123 and 123rd sale will be ....... in 2015, the first sale will be 20151 ..... etc 9 )I need to have the possibility to modify the customer order by adding or removing items, add or delete a specific shipping rate, applying a discount on a single item or on all the order. 10) Create a section "order picking", this module includes all validated orders, ie when payment has been validated by CB Bank account via my Bank Payment Gateway or by Paypal. And orders that I validated manually when I getting the regulations. An important point is also partial deliveries: Can I have some products in stock but more are on order, so have the opportunity to run the partial orders, I am sending the customer the products in stock, and later the ordered products. Therefore need to have an section to view the paid orders, pending orders and orders partially delivered. 11) When a sale is made, I need to see the state of this one, if it was done by the online shopping cart or by myself or by another administrator in offline.
