Hello, I was reading the description but it's not completely clear to me yet, so what I understand is you need to edit some images en upload them to Wordpress? And for membership, you have more wordpress accounts that you want to control what they can do on the website/wordpress? For the first point, I use photoshop and can help you out editing/changing pictures so that wouldn't be a problem. For the second point I most of the times setup a plugin that makes it easy to manage the users and their roles. If you have any questions for me, let me know I would love to do the project for you!
