Dear Friends at The Everyday Missionary,
I hope this finds you well. Before I share with you a plethora of reasons why I believe I'm qualified and exactly the writer you're looking for; let me tell you that I did a little digging and researched your organization, and I must tell you that what you're doing is such a beautiful thing.
I am a former publicist and marketing consultant. I started out at luxury brands such as Christian Dior, Guerlain and Kara Ross New York. However, I wanted to feel as though I was doing more good in the world, and so I said goodbye to the lux life to solely consult for nonprofit organizations.
I created content, strategy and planning to build boards and committees, obtain sponsors, fundraise, garner press and create, plan and coordinate fundraising events. By using my natural craft of writing I was able to bring in the likes of celebrity hosts, well known performers, and huge name brands as sponsors. Some of my previous clients were the Robinhood Foundation, iMentor, The New York Police and Fire Widows and Childrens Benefit Fund, Save Venice, Oceana and the American Ballet Theatre.
Still, I wanted more. I left my career to follow my life motto, which is something I truly believe in. I like to say "If you're not making someone else's life better, then you're wasting your time." That being said, I traveled to Abu Dhabi, South Africa, Thailand and Bali to volunteer and work with sick children and endangered animals.
I believe we'd be a match
