Cleanup work on my website/blog

Hello, My name is Jewl B. Johnson II and I would like complete this task for you. I have been creating my own personal Wordpress sites for over 3 Months have ran across a similar need. I have implemented a plugin that does email client's, however the plugin I chose does not update the client every time the site is updated. Although I have not ran across the plugin directly, I would be willing to create the plugin from scratch if necessary. I have created my own personal plugins that implement functionality that was not possible before.
