Complete W3 Total Cache set up and website speed performance audit

We need help with optimizing the speed of our website. We installed the W3 Total Cache plugin and complete a basic set up. We would like to have an expert in W3 Total Cache review our set up and improve it. We have a Cloudflare account and a MaxCDN account as well that the plugin can work with. We also need help optimizing issues such as render-blocking javascript, minifying CSS and JS files, proper integration of the CDN, and removing query strings from static resources, to name a few of the main ones. There are a dozen or so other plugins running on our site. The project will be deemed successful when we will see PageSpeed and Yslow scores improve to over 90, or as close as possible. Current PageSpeed score is 88% and current YSlow score is 70%.
