Affiliate Network

I'm looking to have an affiliate network created similar to websites such as CommissionJunction (CJ) and Azoogle, as well as a gateway available for incentive offers similar to what CPALead has. I will require features that are of similarity to DirectTrack, you can access these on: [url removed, login to view] You must create the tracking software yourself and design the website so it fits well with it. Basically it's a network with lots of affiliate offers, for advertisers and publishers to join. Incentive and non-incentive offers. For incentive offers you can access them like the non-incentive offers and on a gateway section, for the gateway section you can create a gateway (see CPALead for what I mean by gateway) to display on your website and choose which incentive offers display on it. Please ask for further details as I am limited to what I can post here really.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working website with tracking software in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

W3C 1.0 Compliant Will be running on a PHP5, Linux dedicated server.
