Create Valid HTML and CSS from PSD

Need to create three templates from PSD files. Please see attached files. So I need tempates for home, inside and menu 1. Need valid html and css for the three templates. Home template and inside [login to view URL] top bar and side bar are to be text as these will be dynamic (we we do the coding oursleves). 2. The Top bar/sidebar/footer fonts should be Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, Serif [login to view URL] the top bar link underline and bold the text for the rollover and selected state. see home jpg [login to view URL] the sidebar please use the red bar as the primary sidebar link treatment with sub links being the created links with the thin line below and sub-sub links in the smaller white [login to view URL] should become underlined on rollover. [login to view URL] needs to look good on both a mac and pc. So this need to look the same on PC on IE6, IE7 and Firefox. and on a mac needs to look good in firefox. I will need you to send me screen grabs for all the different browsers to show that you have tested in all browsers or some other way of showing the cross browser compatibility ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
