Custom Homebuilder Community Flash Map

Project timeline is around 15 days. We will provide a vector based map of a city. This map will contain main highways and will have 2 purposes. 1. Top Level- 8 sections of the city will be shown Nw, E, Ssw, Ne, Se, Sw ... Hovering will highlight the area and identify it. Clicking a section will ZOOM into the area. (static defined map and areas) 2. Area ZOOMED in, will show homebuilding communities DOTS or ICONS in that area as well as more detailed Major streets. Communities and community information will be fed into flash via an XML file. A Grid system of x and y co-ordinates will define where to show the community on the flash map. attached is an example of the vector map. A successful bid will be chosen by: -Previous flash design & actionscript work examples. -knowledge of xml -Graphic Design experience
