I configured an application to send mails via SMTP from any mail service to any mail service (including office 365). Is 100% working without failures is secure and the best solution. This can be done using SMTP protocol and Google have provided some api to do this. I have also developed similar kind of threaded application and have tested with 10000 emails continuously with in hour. Email messages and email ids can be inserted to data base and system automatically picks those data and send mails through SMTP. SMTP configurations details can also be stored in database. In your current application is there a database and it can inserted the mail ids and messages? Or are there any mechanism to insert those data in to your system?
