Affiliate Marketing

Hi, I want to find affiliate marketers for my website. I don't know much about it but I am interested in learning. Whoever takes the time to answed my questions and is good at what they do will get my business. I own an Ibogaine treatment facility in Thailand and want to get more customers. I already have a good site and the SEO is already being taken care of, so next is affiliate marketing, i think? Not sure about how the pay split will be, but I am very fair. Don't let the small $ amount scare you off...........In my opinion, people get paid what they are worth and I am willing to pay for someone who gets me results. Let's help each other!
