I will use s3fs to accomplish this task together with a bash or python script - depends what you prefer. Will take me around 2 hours to fully complete and test.

Using the console and command line I'll get the job done. I'll need access to your AWS account as an IAM user with admin rights.

Hi, I'm an experienced system administrator. Have experience on both Linux and AWS. Let me help you mount s3 as filesystem on EC2 instance. I would like to ask question is it possible to restart the server where you want to mount s3 bucket? to test that the bucket will automatically mounted on reboot. you can not mouth s3 with ec2 instance. you can mount EFS with ec2 instance.
