A one screen drag and drop game for Android programmed in Java/xml

Please quote me a total cost for the following: A one screen drag and drop game for Android programmed in Java/xml that I can edit in Eclipse using only java/xml. Source code must be supplied for unrestricted use by myself, able to be imported into the latest version of Eclipse. Example app that has a similar layout/functionality: video - [login to view URL] game - [login to view URL] There needs to be: 1. Landscape layout 2. A home/exit button in the top left of the screen and a right arrow -> to go to the next screen (as you are writing a one page app these buttons can both exit) 3. An area on the left to initially place shrunk images that are to be dragged and dropped to the right part of the screen. On touch down on an image at the left of the screen, it grows to the right size to fit the space you will drop it into at the right section of the screen. 4. An area at the top part of the screen to drop pictures onto blank silouettes of those pictures. When you lift your finger the image clicks into the right place if it's close enough, or it returns if the image wasn't moved close enough to the drop location. The distance that is considered close enough for the image to click into position must be clearly marked so that it is editable by me. 5. This needs to look the same/very similar on phones/tablets from 480x320 up to tablets 1920x1280 whle minimizing .apk file size where possible. 6. You need to tell me what size images are needed for the background image and other images to get this to work started and I will supply some sample images. Images should ideally be .png format. The image sizes need to be able to be different sizes, such as dragging a small tool or a big house within the same window. The image name and location details will need to be retrieved out of a class you need to create also, a class which I can add new images to reuse the same screen. 7. Appropriate basic explanatory documentation (e.g. // or /* */) needs to be included in the application to allow easy modification. 8. Must be made so it's easy to change and have fewer or more images to drag and drop. 9. Please also include basic admob advertising at the top of the screen as per example (I will add/edit the reference so I receive the ad income) 10. Images app at the point on successful drag and drop, like stars in the sample video 11. Clickable images appear and float up on completion of the level that are clickable and disappear on touch, similar to the sample video. Notes: You don't need to make the multiple screens as I will edit the game and make all the images and make this a multiple screen game with music myself.
