Speech Interpreter Calling App

Payment will be given after the project successful testing. Source code will be our property. We are looking for an Android Application, which could help us interpreting the voice speech. There will be two way communication in this application. We want that both sides will use headphones and they should be having the option to select their own language in which they want to listen the speech. Suppose, we are speaking in English or Telugu and other party want to listen that voice in Japanese then that person will have to select incoming conversation in Japanese or any other language of their choice. Database is to be used MySql. During signup, users will have to select the language in which they want to listen any speech, after that our engine should add that preferred language in their account and after that whenever anybody will call them, they will hear it in their preferred language only. There will be signup, signin and forgot pin option in the app. App should send OTP on user's registered mobile number and without verifying the OTP, user should not be able to login.
