Motion Graphics Sequence for Film

I need a computer code sequence similar to the Matrix (but definitely not the same) for my latest film. We will be projecting code this onto an acrylic tube. Our actor will be standing inside this 700 mm cylinder and we will project the images onto the outside of the Perspex. The actor will swipe the passing code and the code is to swipe away. So as not to copy The Matrix, the moving code could be in a rotating ball and perhaps as the code is touched it vanishes and the ball rotates in a different direction each time. I am open to other suggestions.

The background will need to be invisible so we can shoot through the code and see our actors face

There are two ways to deliver the final product:

1. As a video with our actor learning exactly when the code will swipe and learn the timing.

2. And a better way would be to write some program where a crew member (off frame) was able to swipe on a corresponding iPad to move the code as he sees the actor touch the screen. I fear the second option will be too expensive so I will have to see what quotes come in.

I make short films. The last two have won international awards, however they are unfunded films so not much money to play with.

The sequence should start from black then dissolve to static noise/white noise then dissolve to the computer code.

There are to be 4 sequences:

1.

20 secs of scrolling code before the 1st numbers are swiped. Then 3 secs later then 2 secs later then every second for 4 moves then a two second gap and another three one second apart two second gap then another 5. At this point the code disintegrates to white noise (or similar) and reduces to 25% size. The effect we want is a dolly backwards

2. Direction of swipes to differ from above

10 secs of scrolling code before the 1st 5 numbers are swiped, every second then a one second gap and another three one second apart then the code disintegrates to white noise (or similar) and reduces to 25% size.

3. Direction of swipes not to follow the same sequence as 2.

5 secs of scrolling code before the 10 numbers are swiped, each one getting faster from one second to .5 of a second each then the code disintegrates to white noise (or similar) and reduces to 25% size.

4. Any sequence of swipes

5 secs of scrolling code then 4 sets of numbers are swiped each with a 2 second gap then the code disintegrates to white noise (or similar) and reduces to 25% size.

5. Direction of swipes

5 secs of scrolling code before one group of numbers is swiped, then two second gap and another group wiped then a one second gap followed by a two second and another swipe then 3 very quick swipes .6 of a second apart the code disintegrates to white noise (or similar) and reduces to 25% size.

This is an unfunded film. Thus the low number of $'s. My last film won numerous international awards including Best International Short film - BBFF -Bare Bones Film Festival Oklahoma, Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film - BBFF -Bare Bones Film Festival Oklahoma, International Award of Outstanding Excellence - IFFEHC - Jakarta, Golden World Award - World Film Awards Winner of best Kiwi Short film - Kiwi International Film Festival 2015 – New Zealand, International Filmmaker of the Year Award - Filmmakers of the Year Film Festival – Indonesia.
