Joomla Malwear/Virus Removal

Hello. I have a Joomla install that was infected with Malware. We successfully removed this a few days ago - however it appears to be infected again. Now it looks to be deeper - it is not visible on the site but is triggering Malware warnings when the search function is being used. The form action must be triggering it and infected. In addition to this - the site is trying to download different images LOTS of times each day which is using excessive bandwidth. I have removed the images but still the site is requesting the download of these images which still looks as if it is using the bandwidth. The requests for these images that no longer exist are comming from my own server IP. I need this fully removing. I need a fix so it does not happen again.
