Taxi Driver Program - Incomplete (Microsoft Access)

I had a programmer code me a program for my company. I own a taxi cab company and asked him to design a program to keep records of all my drivers and be able to view reports and data. The coder did a great job, however he went overseas and left the task incomplete. Everything is done except the Reports section. For some reason when I click on reports its now showing the data and calculation. The coder used Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel I believe to design the program. I have attatched all the files. If you see everything works except the reports feature. I need this completed. This could be a small problem, he might have completed the reports section yet did not link the button to the features. The reports section is suppose to give details and summary of all the data and payout for each and every driver, and calculate taxes to keep records for government tax filing. I need this program completed therefore I have zipped all the files and included it. The software is designed with easy interface to work with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel so this should be a easy fix. Please contact me if you need further information. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
